Can I bring someone else with me to an appointment?
Absolutely! You can bring a support person with you to your appointment.
While we do our best to ensure your comfort throughout your appointment, occasionally we can stir up symptoms (dizziness/vertigo) during the appointment, so we often suggest having someone available to drive you home after your initial appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
The service we provide is in high demand, so we appreciate if you can give 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend an appointment. This way we can assist in rescheduling your appointment, but also be able to offer that appointment spot to someone on our waitlist.
Please note if you provide less than 24 hours notice or fail to attend an appointment this will attract a fee (50% of the appointment price).

Yes, if you have Physiotherapy cover, we can process your private health claim on the spot at the time of the appointment.
We can also process your the Medicare EPC at the time of the appointment. The appointment fee needs to be paid up front and then we process the claim if you have a debit card, your Medicare card and your referral form.
